Hello there, My name is Stephanie ...(i might be on your records as Stepanie ... I think there was a little mix up over the phone when i was give my details verbally!)
Anyway I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your fantastic customer service, delivery speed and product quality with an order I place about 2 weeks ago now! I spoke to the gentleman (I think the owner) and ordered a baby bathrobe on a Tuesday and begged for a speedy turnaround where I needed it asap before the weekend... I knew it would have normally been a 1-2 week turn around, so I really appreciate your efforts in pushing this order through before I travelled interstate with the gift for a very special occasion!

This is the second bracelet I have purchased in
a month.Both are very
pretty. The Fairy Floss bracelet with the same
number of letters appears to
"sit" better than the Pretty Princess other than
that I am very happy with
my purchases. Just to let you know the "express
post" is delivered by our
postie with the normal mail but was delivered
the day after it was posted.
All in all I am very satisfied with the service
and the quality of the goods
and will definitely be ordering again in the future

We live in France, our niece who's just given birth to a baby girl lives in Australia and we thought it practical to order over the net direct from Oz to save on all the shopping, packaging, postage, etc. I was worried about the present looking as good as on the photograph and being delivered to the right place, etc. Shouldn't have. Our niece is absolutely delighted, she thinks the present looks so gorgeous she doesn't want to 'unwrap' the clothes and get them out of the box.
