Express delivery is available Australia wide

Most orders received by 12 midday are dispatched that day.  This delivery schedule excludes our EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS which can take 3-7 days for delivery depending on the complex nature of the embroidery work.

Delivery time is generally within 24-48 hours for major capital cities for non embroidered items. Larger items including:

Rugs 

furniture 

3 tier Nappy Gift cakes 

Interactive toys and Rockers 

baby bags

will take longer and their delivery time schedule and delivery costs are clearly displayed within their own shopping category.

Same day delivery is possible for our product ranges in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro only at a cost from $19.00 to $19.99

No deliveries whatsoever are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays

All orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday morning. All delivery schedules refer to Monday as day 1 for weekend orders.

Gift Hampers to outlying and rural areas can take up to 3-4 days, but are usually delivered within 72 hours.

We are a national company, and as such have warehouse distribution points throughout Australia. Larger items such as rocking horses, floor rugs or furniture items will cost more to deliver than our standard rate. In the case of furniture, you will be contacted with a delivery quote before any goods are dispatched or payments processed. 

Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control such as; air freight hold ups at airports, poor weather or spot security checks. These delays are rare however, and are not issues that we have any control over. Rest assured that we continue to achieve National best practice with the speed of our deliveries and delivery reporting.

While we endeavor to provide the Australian best practice with the speed of our deliveries, we cannot be responsible for courier delays and failures outside of our control. 

General Information

The prices listed are inclusive of Australian Government GST.

A delivery fee (send & return) will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and are subsequently cancelled.

If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute any item, we guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value and quality. Some of our items are handmade and are subject to stock being available.

If you are delivering the gift personally please advise us as the gift card will be attached to the outside of the packaging and left blank.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address for the receiver is provided.

This includes ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules.

A REDELIVERY FEE will apply should the recipients details be provided incorrectly or should a gift need to be redirected from a hospital to a home address.

Deliveries to Units and Appartments can be difficult. If a no one is home to accept delivery of an item the item will, in most cases be taken to the local Post Office. A notice or calling card will be left in the receviers mail box.

It is preferred a business address is provided for items be sent to a unit.
